Marie Claude Saliba (Mrs.) first started her volunteer activities at the Parents Committee with the College Notre Dame de Jamhour in 1990. Mrs. Marie-Claude's career started unofficially at Educom Overseas in 1998 as its founder. Educom Overseas was first established formally in 2001 and started offering its services with full capacity from the Beirut head office. As a consequence, Mrs. Marie-Claude has more than 12 years of experience in recruiting, training and education counseling.
Mrs. Marie-Claude holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Business Administration and MBA from the American University of Beirut. She currently plays the role of the General Manager at Educom Overseas International Group being responsible for running smoothly and professionally the central office situated in Beirut and the regional offices in the south and the North of Lebanon along with the rising articulation offices in U.A.E. and Muscat.
Mrs. Marie-Claude management and organization skills resulted in recognizing Educom Overseas as one of the best International Education Agencies in the Middle- East and North Africa region and contributed in nominating the agency for the LTM Star Agency Middle East & Africa 2009, recognizing it as an ICEF-screened education agency and registering it as a proud member of the ALTO.
Mr. Marie-Claude is issued with the New Zealand Specialist Agent Certificate by Education New Zealand.
Mrs. Marie-Claude and her husband Prof. Dr. Elie have three grown children who were students in the College Notre Dame de Jamhour throughout their pre-collegial educational period. The three children decided to study overseas at the universities of France and United Kingdom and at present lead successful lives in Abu Dhabi and London. Mrs. Marie-Claude loves traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Chiméne Sarkis (Ms.) has more than 5 years of domestic and international human resource experience, enhanced with 5 years of education counseling services. Her cultural background includes Argentinean and Lebanese roots. She used to play the role of the human resource executive at Educom Overseas, before occupying successfully the post of the Canadian, New Zealander and British Visa processing manager. Chimene is a graduate of Lebanese University, Faculty of Journalism and speaks fluently 4 languages. She loves salsa dancing and spending quality time with her family.
Sandy Khoury (Ms.) is the English Coordinator and the Executive Assistant at Educom Overseas. She has been working in Educom Overseas for 5 years. Sandy started out as a senior visa officer then her position shifted to cover all the managerial tasks, English Language Unit tasks, and the Orientation Unit tasks at Educom Overseas. Sandy has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Teaching Diploma from Arab Open University and an Administrative Certificate as well. Sandy loves skiing, clubbing and dining out with her friends.
Michel Salemeh (Mr.) is the Senior Education Counselor for all the US products, internship programs and education services offered by Educom Overseas. The scope of his 9 years of professional experience includes Management, Training, Education Counseling, Banking Administration, and a strong background in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Michel holds a B.S. in Hospitality from American University of Sciences & Technology and AHA Certificates with a concentration in Career Development. Michel is a Certified Hospitality Trainer by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Mohamed El Kadi (Mr.) Mohamed has a Master of International Trade Law, Bachelor in Law and a Diploma of Business Management. Being the first honouree from the Middle-East to give the Farewell Ceremony Autumn 2008 speech on behalf of UTS international students Mohamed understands well the Australian dream and loves to help others in achieving it. His strong background in International law and Immigration law topped with firsthand knowledge of dispute resolution processes and techniques and management skills allow him to play successfully the role of Management Consultant and the Australian Visa expert at Educom Overseas.
Formerly, Mohamed occupied the position of the client service and case manager at Migration agencies operating in Sydney during which he also gained experience in drawing up legal documents to support clients' cases before the Australian Migration Review Tribunal and the Australian Refugee Review Tribunal.
Mohamed is issued with the New Zealand Specialist Agent Certificate by Education New Zealand.
Mohamed is married to the love of his life Noura and both are the proud parents of nine months old boy.
Omar Madanat (Mr.) has 10 years of experience as a higher education senior counselor and has previously worked at International Education agencies in different parts of the world. He completed an internship program with a degree from the US, earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jordan and MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester. Further Omar has attended successfully Education Counseling Training & Development workshops in UK.
At present, Omar is considering completing his doctorate in Business Administration from Beirut Arab University.
Omar resumed working at Educom Overseas in the position of International sales & Marketing Executive starting from April 2011.
Toufica Kalaoun (Ms.) is the Northern branch manager and holds a doctorate in Biology from the Lebanese University.
Bushra Helo Bushra Helo (Mrs.) plays the role of education counselor at
the Northern office and has more than 3 years experience of processing student
visa applications amongst other visa classes.
