On December 2009, a Memorandum of Understanding has came into light between Visa Consultants Australia and Educom Overseas, to develop and expand a framework of cooperation between these two legal entities and to develop mutually beneficial programs, students’ orientation projects and referral activities at the education counselling level and the migration products level.
Visa Consultants Australia (VCA) is a registered migration & education agency aimed at counseling and referring students to study in Australia and at providing migration products and services in a friendly and affordable framework.

VCA is owned and operated by two Australian Migration Agents based in Sydney, Australia.
VCA embraces the Legislative and Regulatory changes to the Migration Act 1958 and adopts the Code of Conduct for Migration Agents contained in Schedule 2 of Regulation 8 of Migration Agents Regulations 1998, and provides the following services of high-quality:

Mohamed has a Master of International Trade Law, Bachelor in Law and a diploma of business management. Being the first honouree from the Middle-East to give the Farewell Ceremony Autumn 2008 speech on behalf of UTS international students Mohamed understands well the Australian dream and loves to help others in achieving it. His strong background in International law and Immigration law topped with firsthand knowledge of dispute resolution processes and techniques and management skills allow him to play successfully the role of ensuring communication and cooperation between VCA and Educom by serving as an official go-between between top-ranking officials of each organization. A position offered after he decided to get married to the love of his life and settle down in Beirut.
Formerly, Mohamed occupied the position of the client service and case manager at VCA during which he also gained experience in drawing up legal documents to support clients’ cases before the Australian Migration Review Tribunal and the Australian Refugee Review Tribunal.
Mohamed loves cooking, reading and spending quality time with his family and especially with his gorgeous wife, Noura.
